July 28, 2014: The Prime Minister has witnessed the launch of the 1st Stone for the 2nd Phase of Expansion and Modernization of the Port of Palmeira in Sal Island. The Armando Cunha, in partnership with Mota-Engil forms the consortium responsible for this important infrastructure for the Sal Island.
