The project refers to a hotel located in the zone of Santa Filomena, São Vicente, a plot of land with an area of 772.29 m2. The deployment has been set, given the constraints of place and functional needs, architectural and aesthetic, so that became indispensable to a detailed study, in order to minimize the consequences of the discomfort due to guidance in relation to topography, heatstroke and the prevailing winds in the location, and the location of the building itself. The Organization of interior space demonstrates the initial concern of the project to provide, to future users, environments that are enjoyable, both visual and environmental comfort aspect.
