January 2016: took place on 12/12/2015, the inauguration of the headquarters building of the Town Hall of the municipality of Santa Catarina, presiding the Act Mr. Prime Minister of Cape Verde, Dr. José Maria Neves. The work was in charge of Armando Cunha, as owner of the Town Hall of of Santa Catarina.
