January 2016: took place on 12/13/2015, the inauguration of the program for all House of municipality of Santa Catarina, presiding the Act Mr. Prime Minister of Cape Verde, Dr. José Maria Neves. The work was in charge of Armando Cunha/Consortia Sogei, with the client the IFH. The work built took place at Achada Furna and Figueira Pavão
